We hope you love your items as much as we do, but sometimes things aren’t what you expected. If you didn’t get what you ordered and it doesn’t fit, we’ll be happy to exchange your item 14 days of delivery or provide you with a like for like credit on receipt of the return to be spent on any of our products. You’ll pay the cost of returning it to us, but your replacement will be sent free of delivery costs. Sales of bags are final as sizes and colours are clearly described on our order page.
